The choice of meat is up to you. Experience has shown pork and lamb to be the most popular combination for a spit roast. Full lambs or pigs are also available, with prices on application.
The charcoal barbecue is usually four meats of your choice.
Each menu is served with baked potatoes and your selection of fresh, homemade salads or vegetables. Hot garlic bread or bread rolls and butter, sauces and disposables are also included. A second serve of the meat course is available to those with a large appetite, all served by our friendly staff, smorgasbord style.
